Hi, I'm SRTBull. I teach people how to host, mod, and admin Rust servers from the ground up.
I started playing Rust in 2015 and have logged over 13,000 hours in-game. I've seen every update FacePunch has rolled out—some I loved, some I hated—but the constant evolution of the game keeps me coming back. The fact that the developers never stop improving is why Rust remains one of the best survival games out there.
When I first learned to run a server, I had no clue what I was doing. My first big mistake? Typing restart in the console, thinking it would reboot the server. Instead, it just shut it down—no auto-restart loop. I left my community hanging for hours until the actual owner could manually reboot the machine. We've all started at zero, and I'm here to help you skip those painful lessons.
