How does automatic Discord access work?

We have TWO separate Discord servers:

How it works:

2. Subscribe via Stripe (secure checkout)

3. Our bot automatically assigns you the Premium Member role

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Use Manage billing above, sign in with your checkout email, and cancel from Stripe's customer portal. You'll usually keep access until the end of your current billing period (depending on how cancellation is configured in Stripe).

How do I update my card or change my plan?

Open Manage billing, enter the email from your subscription receipt, and follow the link Stripe sends you. From there you can update payment methods and manage your subscription. You do not need a separate Stripe account—only the email you paid with.

Do you offer refunds?

We use Stripe for payment processing, which accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No PayPal account needed!
